Instructors

Dilan Mehta
Dilan is a senior at Hinsdale Central High School in Illinois. He created the class's award-winning curriculum from scratch and has been teaching it for four years. As the current Executive Director of Student Makers, he created the Python coding class and founded a service project to design and 3D print 1,000 Lego sets and other toys for Kenyan orphans. Dilan also 3D printed and donated 500 face shields for healthcare workers during the pandemic via Makers for Covid-19 non-profit.


Rohan Nagale
Rohan Nagale is a Junior at Lyons Township High School in Illinois. He has been interested in 3D printing ever since receiving one for Christmas in 5th grade. Rohan completed the 3D Printing Workshop Series in 2021 and was invited to become one of the instructors. Last year, he shared his 3D printing knowledge and experiences with a school in a rural village in India via Google Meets along with Dilan and Pradyota. Rohan also participates in multiple extracurriculars including robotics, math, MUN, and volunteering at a local food pantry.




Aidan Piper
Aidan Piper is a sophomore at Wakeland High School in Texas. He loves programming and engineering and works at iCode, a school that teaches younger children technology-based concepts such as coding, robotics, 3D printing, etc. He has become quite familiar with 3D printing over the years, with experience in Autodesk Fusion. He currently dedicates his time to helping younger children with programming and engineering.
